Shocking app !! Will not let me checkout at all . Got hold of customer service who said clear cache and cookies and it will work . Well it didn't! Ive tried to order off 6 different phones ,tablets and computer . All getting stuck on section 2 of check out . Very disappointing

I log in. It ask me to find my closest store, there is no store close to me. When I try to go out of that screen then it simply logs me out. Can't do anything on the app.

Horrible to use. Cycling is impossible to find. No menu for all categories to look through. Only the suggested, categories. Update 2023. Still horrible. Favourites do not sync with browser account. Cannot set prefered sports. Sometimes pressing the back button in the app takes me out of the app... instead of... back to previous page

Can view basket, but cannot buy anything on the app. Just comes up with "http 406" and does nothing when trying to confirm basket.

After the last update the app started to send notifications! I tryed to stop them, but I couldn't find the option in setups so I deleted it!

Too many bugs. Items you can't remove from your cart. And the payment interface to mobile banking apps crashes (or links to a faulty reference) quiet often... not the best experience yet. Allez les Bleus!

So buggy. Hasn't ability to modify account. Has not all countries in the settings. So I leave in EU but see EUR prices as GBP (not converted, only wrong symbol), location selected to GB, favorite store is in Ukraine and profile phone number is Turkish
