App is garbage. Don't bother downloading. It's supposed to activate when you're on the move, but it doesn't. Because of that, they took away all of my 9,000 miles that I had accumulated, as a "maintenance fee" for not using it for a month. There's nothing to exchange the miles for anyways. It's mainly sweepstakes.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Lately it doesn't work at all. I've tried and tried to get help from support with it not detecting car trips. No one gets back to me and now I get charged a 25,000 mile maintenance fee because of being inactive. Which I'm only inactive because of the issue I cannot get help with. Since you're taking all my miles and won't help me it's time to uninstall. Used to be a great app.

Update: this app is getting worse all the time. I am at the highest level possible, but have a 10,000 mile cap on gift card purchase. I spent 500 miles on a 25¢ gift card at the beginning of the month, and ever since then the only thing "available" is the $5 card that I can't purchase because it's over the miles amount I'm allowed to spend. (Not that it's ever available anyway) none of my purchases show up either, so I have no way of knowing if I won any raffles. Don't bother with this.

App is constantly crashing. Often fails to detect trips. You have to manually claim trips now unlike before. Gift cards are always sold out and you can only claim one every three days, and can only spend 10k miles on gift cards per month if you don't pay for the app (so only $5 in gift cards per month). None of the offers are worth it.

They just wiped my account of 70,695.6 miles!! This app USED to be good then they kept adding stuff that you had to complete to get more miles which was fine because you didn't have to. Now it's not just good enough to do the monthly mile exchange to keep your status & constantly have it running in the background.....no, now you have to CLAIM the miles you've driven but the big drives you have to become a PAID member to claim your high mile drives!! Not to mention the miles they count are wrong

You can only earn 20 miles per trip and 10% of any additional miles. Plus you can only earn 5 trips a day. For context, you need 5,000 miles to redeem a $3 gift card.

I enjoy the Miles App. All movement is counted for. I don't drive much because work, convenient stores are 3 blocks from my house, those steps add quickly. Thanks Miles!

Unusable app. It will not allow me to create a login. It keeps going directly into error mode and keeps spinning from there.
