Love this theater chain. All employees are efficient and very friendly. Snack Bar is always fully stocked, very tasty treats and the price is great! The theaters are cleaned regularly and the pricing for movies is really inexpensive. As I said, WE LOVE CINEMARK THEATERS

Had a couple of app crashes when viewing movie times. Adding popcorn and sticks was super easy asking with selecting the movie and seats. Checkout was great until I had to clock through 4 ads after purchasing everything. I don't need to see ads especially if I'm paying for movie club.

The few times I have come here,the management team has always helped me,once I had a emergency they changed dates for ticket. Once someone canceled on me no hassle they adjusted my ticket, I even received a refund and a ticket to boot,original movie was more.Very clean theater.

I am not happy with this app at all i canceled my membership I was not getting any use out of it and just wasting my money to an app and I'm still getting charged month to month payments I'm about ready to cancel my bank card but that messed up other things I pay on my card this app is not necessary and it keeps charging my card even though I canceled it And sent them proof I cancelled it. Just another company trying to come up on a few extra dollars. that few extra $'s is a meal for family

Get the Movie Club Membership, it pays for itself every month with a ticket that roll over and a ton of other discounts and online fees waived if you need to buy more tickets. The movie selections even include anime releases with options for English subtitles or dubbed in English too every time. Good prices, good movies but most of all, good memories made with family and friends. You can pause your membership too for up to 3 months at a time to keep your accrued tickets and reactivate eaisly.

Great to use for finding availability of seats. Expensive to buy tickets online if you're not paying the monthly membership tho. And not the app fault, but cinemark is back to gouging prices for private events. Was $125 during covid when they needed us. Now the same event was quoted at $925 for a private event to watch Christmas vacation with 20 friends. Corporate doesn't care about the customers. They'll be replaced by Netflix soon... aka blockbuster.. .

Small complaint. I recently purchased the movie club monthly subscription. And when I went to use my first ticket it took only the child ticket off and not a full priced adult ticket. That seems a little unfair. Also, no one wants these fake coupon, discount bundle offers from 3 party companies at the end of their purchase. False advertising and scams are higher than ever. Please don't become one of these companies.

Great app and convenient. The gift card section is kind of annoying that after 10 gift cards, you are stuck, and it won't allow you to delete the used one. You have to call customer support. Old school!!! Please fix or at least allow unlimited gift card add.
