You have to pay to have the guaranteed pay. What's the idea on that? I average 33 an hour in my city everyone average 30-36 per hour and the guaranteed is 26-29 so they know you are going to make Also making you pay for the subscription 7.99 gives you 10 credits or that means 10 hours guaranteed per month You have to buy credits to get more guaranteed pay Also to be able to track everything you need to pay the subscription Just doesn't make sense to me

False advertisement. I was due a payment never recieve because they assumed I made more in the hours I worked compared to what I truly made...they claim they pay the difference of what doordash (and platforms similar) doesn't pay you for the day BUT they do not. If you go over the guaranteed amount you don't get paid same if you exceed the amount. So it doesn't make sense. You're better off just dashing doing Uber lyft etc and calling it a day this app is pointless.

App is a scam, Adjust your time guaranteed based on time.Sat and waited on order. So if you wait at wing stop 10m to 15m your guaranteed is lowered to an average 45m and some how they will always lower your guaranteed to make you profit high then guaranteed. I was guaranteed 16.48 on hour an only made 1.50 that hour some how my guaranteed was only qualified for 92 cents. Lol This Company is a Huge SCAM do not install!!

None of the features this app provided worked besides linking accounts. Paid for access I didn't get. But the killer. found out there is no way to remove your payment information once it's been submitted. Hopefully deleting my account will stop the automated payments.

Great Tracker!! but Pay Guarantee is Pointless. Trust me, they wouldn't do it if they weren't making a profit. What you won't know until afterwards is that you only get the full guaranteed amount for the hour if you were literally on trips or on your way to trips the entire time. They say there's an added buffer around those trips but don't say how much it is. If you have a slow hour, they will lower (prorate) the guarantee to the amount of minutes you were on trips plus the secret buffer.

Every few minutes it would disconnect from Instacart. Then right after I would relink Instacart to Solo it would sign me out of my Instacart account. Then I tried to connect DoorDash. I triple checked credentials and you still can't seem to connect me. Keep saying my credentials for signing into DD were invalid and that's not True. Disconnected 3 times in a row from IC then DD issue was enough for me to just say forget it. Uninstalled. I will do it manually. Not worth the fuss and errors.

For a long time after installing this app, the payment feature wasnt even available in my state. After it was i had to pay a subscription to even have the possibility of getting paid. And even then you could be spending $15 a month to not get a single payment from this app. Waste of time.

Seriously just use triplog. This is completely useless. You get logged out of your linked accounts every day. Then when you log back in you get "details refresh every 12 hours." By then you are logged out again so there's no point. It's an over glorified trip logger for your vehicle miles. I have my Uber, Lyft, and Instacart accounts linked and get nothing but a headache attempting to use this. I'll stick to my triplog. At least I'll know that works.
