A restart of my phone appears to have fixed my latest issue. But that is just it, I have never known app fall over so many times. Nearly every release causes problems. I know it is a very generic app but that means more testing needs to be done.

Can't even register with hOn. I have tried many times but never got the confirmation email, so I cannot use the app. I have also emailed support, but no reply. Basically, I purchased a machine that is advertised with remote control via the app, but this function is unavailable.

Something wrong with this app or with the dryer itself. I bought hoover dryer 9kg A+++ 2 months ago. I think There is something wrong with its programms or needs an update to its software. One of the problems (example): i start "All in One" program but what appears on my mobile (the app) that it is "Jacket" program. Another one, All in One program is 3h 34 mins. Mostly it ends after around 1h 30 mins and clothes get dried but sometimes it doesn't end at all (same clothes and same quantity)

Lovely idea. I regularly use this app to find specialist programmes for my washing machine, but there are pet care reminders and a virtual drinks cabinet which are fun. Other appliances can be added which I plan to do in the future when my present appliances break down and can't be repaired.

Edit #5... Response: No, I'm done. We will use manual functions only. Behave like a decent software company and pay for QA. Do regression and compatibility testing on real hardware rather than harnesses and then leaving bug finding to customers reporting errors. Lowest pitched price app dev means low quality software. On my Hoover washing machine new features in this app stop it from being usable for the basics every time. App regression testing of even the basics seems to be non existent.

The app is painfully slow. It takes ages to load everything. It displays totally random counts of programmes launched, all of the statistics are nowhere near accurate, the duration of a programme in the app is almost always different than what it shows on WM after starting it... It's just not very useful. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done on this app.

This has been a great app for both our washing machine & tumble dryer until now! The latest update means that the app keeps advising of WiFi problems when we try to run a program, despite the fact that the app is correctly communicating up to that point. Have had to remove & install an older version instead.

This may be the worst app I have ever seen. It is constantly forcing some wine cellar down my throat. Also buggy and laggy as hell, you need to open it multiple times before it actually opens. I could live with all of that if the app actually did what I need it for. It cannot find my washer/dryer no matter what I do. I got a smart appliance so I could use it with my phone which I can't because this app is TRASH. Edit: Saying chEcK if yOu diDn'T maKe a mIsTaKe is not helpful

Worked well at first then App couldn't find the fridge freezer. Inventory stopped working after update and the app freezes when entering the Inventory screen unless going through the add to inventory option. Good idea but not useful at the moment.
