I've been using this app for almost a year. Along with the website, they both always have problems. I am so tired of the calendar not working properly. I have so many bookings, but I would rather not use vrbo because of the headache lately.

VRBO was $150 Per Year flat fee to rent out your property. Now they have copied AirBnB(Even though they existed way before AirBnB)and I can pay VRBO twice that price in 1 week! We need a new platform that doesn't dig in our pockets so much and gives the customer a much better price(Customer fees are dictated by our price). The combination of fees added to our price is a spiderweb of deceit which makes customers turn away a lot of times of what looked like a good deal. New platforms will arise

What's more important as a host than getting notified that you just got a booking. All notifications are on for sound and vibration, and i don't get messages, reservations, nothing. It's ridiculous.

I have been dealing with re try refresh and nothing occurred vrbo last thing that they say is to uninstall and download agin that sounds beautifull but start aginvfrom scratch thats bull s..t and i really like vrbo what's up with that then they cut you off in the middle of customer svc chat notc1 but 3 times

Never was an exceptional app or user experience. Feels clunky and disorganized, but has always managed to get the job done over the last few years. Now the inbox feature doesn't work at all. Without the ability to message guests there really is no need for the app, and truly it makes working with VRBO in general less desirable than other platforms that provide a streamlined, and comfortable UX.
