I barely can't choose the seat number it keeps blank, and I can't see the seat, even the seat still ready. It better use previous version apps. If u still have the previous one, dont download the new version cuz it ain't better

Server always busy. There was a time when I tried booking a ticket and said server was busy and I'd like to retry again later but then I forgot to do it which made me missed the book. Also there was a time the transaction was confirmed by mandiri through SMS (saying transaction was done), but the booking still said Unpaid. Come on, you guys had one job, a simple app like that. Even the CS wasn't really helpful, always saying my connection problem. Guys, I'm an app developer, find a better excuse

Got chance to redeem RailPoints, but not working. It keeps saying that I need to manually pay using RailPoints. Please improve your apps!. RailPoints is useless right now.

The concept of this app actually really cool, to help the passenger to buy ticket and so the passenger doesnt have to print their ticket by using e-boarding pass. However, the app need some improvement. I was trying to use the e-boarding feature, but nothing comes out, just a white blank page. I also had some problem when i tried to put my booking code to the app. I hope the app developer will fix this. Keep up the good work!

Useless app, they say can't access cause internet connection, but when I'm access other app there is nothing happened with internet connection. i can't order any tickets with this app

Once you are not connecting to the internet, even when it get the connection again, the app still detect no internet and I can't do anything with it.
