Not very easy to use. Can't cancel appointments. Honestly makes it more difficult that using the hotel and airline apps.

Awful app to use for traveling. Doesn't work correctly and what little info you can see is mostly incorrect. Support is useless

Now unable to login using my phone. Tried on other phones and using a desktop PC = OK. Tried loging in on my phone again and comes up "Somethjng went wrong". Customer support is unresponsive. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 - Model type: SM-G980F/DS Please fix my login! It was working a couple months ago and now not!

Back button- closes app not to main menu. Scanning ticket is only possible when it is on the same screen, but the checkin link from airline open in browser, this means for saving tickets i have a third app.

Quite often has errors that have unhelpful descriptions. Would rather have ready access to humans, but response rate is poor there too.

On two occasions, CWT never updated information on flight cancellations & delays, including today's connecting flight from Accra to Kumasi (17 Dec 2018). This negatively affected my travel experience with the app. I hope they will improve.

This was a great app until a recent upgrade. When I launch the upgraded app, I get the message "This app will not run on tooted devices." My device is not rooted. Wish I could find an earlier .apk.
