I tried using my Netgear Genie app as usual but it now suddenly says my router is no longer supported. I then installed Nighthawk as the Genie app instructed me. After taking time to make a username and so on, Nighthawk app also does not support my router (C6220). Now I am stuck without a convenient app to use. Get it together Netgear.

Unable to login from Insight App on Android. Just spinning circle. Cant access business APs. Cant access from Google Chrome via web. Was able to access from DuckDuckGo, but can not control settings same as app used to. Pretty useless considering I am paying for the "premium" service.

Doesn't seem to do much that I appreciate as helpful with a ReadyNAS device. Does take ages to display anything at all "Please wait", "Retrieving Information"... I assume this is network and security delays, but the app becomes unusable.

Very slow app for me to configure devices that are 3 feet away from me. An ability to control the APs with a locally based app with cloud access respond be preferable

Odd that the Installation Guide for my Netgear unmanaged switch tells me to register it via the insight app and then requires a password and then says that the new password replaces all Netgear device passwords. Inconvenient at best.

Netgear mandates a download of this app' in order to setup a newly purchased ethernet switch. The APP would NOT install without a blind purchase of a premium subscription, NO pricing offered. The APP completely failed to recognize or load the gear the subscription is intended to manage. However payment $?? is right on schedule. 'Change' button: greyed out. Netgear website: dead end. I detest giving negative reviews, but 'NETGEAR' & 'NETGEAR Insight' collectively EARNED this one.

UPDATE 3: I contacted them as requested by the developers reply.... the solution they gave me was remove one of the devices and use it through the web ui. Thanks for nothing! UPDATE 2: I have 2 devices and one is now marked as unmanaged. Update: After the update the app has become useless for me.

This app is a fast way to manage access points at 3 locations in 3 different states. Only time I had a problem, they responded quickly and fixed it. Solid app from a solid company.
