Useless app. The intent is to encourage new citizens to explore Canada for free (or at a discount). But almost everywhere we go, venue attendants don't know about the app and the code; hence, we are forced to buy the passes out of our own pockets rendering the app useless.

I can't even get started because the barcode is not getting scanned after many attempts. Someone really wants to test our precision photography skills here! Unfortunately, it seems like I have zero skills needed to get in this app! FYI, I have a Google pixel 3. What can i do to make it work?

The app doesn't scan the certificate. Spent hours trying with no success. I received a link to manually upload the documents after opening a ticket.Have been following up since last 40 days.Nobody responds on the emails and ticket. Every time I send a follow up email I get a new auto generated ticket number.

Scan option doesn't work and yes my app is updated. I did not understand: 1. Why do we have to scan both barcodes at the same time with our shaking hands 1 km away from the document? 2. What is the reason for insisting on scan?? give an option for manual entry.

We were at Pinery Provincial Park yesterday, first time using the card and we were asked for the card number and card expiration date. However, after inserting the venue password, the card displayed did not contain this information. Both us and the staff were puzzled...the app is great as it gives access to the parks, however it should be more explicit on the screen for the staff at venues to be aware of the offering.

Edit: received awesome support to fix Hi, I used this app to register me and my other family members and overall it worked well. However, I am unable to login to the app even though i got the email stating my account is active. My brother used my phone to register his account successfully and can now login on his phone but when I try to login on my phone using my email it keeps logging into my brother's account. A quick help would be appreciated. I am missing on visiting places with my family.

Barcode scanner is bad, worked only after 10th try. Tried not to use the app immediately because of covid, when all places have restricted access. Finally I forgot about it, and when I tried it I was 1 month late. Market can adopt for covid and understand customers by extending return policies, but government trays to show us that nothing happens.

I have an Android Phone. I tried many times to upload my Citizenship Certificate, but scanning did not complete. The scanning bar just keeps on moving. Got Frustrated. Finally after couple of tries and going through help, got my docs scanned. Now ready to explore.

The latest update got rid of the map view. This was one of the great features as it allowed me to see what was available if I planned to travel. The search now is very limited since it only comes up by specific words I type instead of showing me what's available around a place.
