Horrendous App. The app says all reports in one place but the reports are not automatically uploaded on the app. One always has to choose the manual download option, even then, the report is not saved in the app under the patients name. The app keeps on logging out and the OTP generation is flimsy as well. Just a glorified test booking app. I downloaded it to keep all my family's medical records in one app but that isn't what it does. Have also raised the same issue with support.

Very poor experience. I received SMS that my Reports are ready and that I can view these through the App. Password as given has been tried but it shows invalid parameters. Even after registering on the App "No Reports" is displayed. Your Online System seems to be problematic as experienced two years back too. Getting through to your Customer Care and seeking assistance is equally difficult. Regret !!

Very bad service. The patient is not able to visit the lab that's why we are booking the home visit. In that too, their operator has reschuled the appointment 3 times. They are not reliable. You can trust them.. very bad service. We are paying 100 rs extra. But it is of no worth. If this happening in city like pune, not sure how they are giving service at remote location.

Lal Path Labs services - EXTREMELY BAD, PATHETIC, WORST SERVICES! They are getting worse & worse with time as their customer care ppl are not well trained at all. These ppl do not know how to book any tests online through their own app!!! Idiots!!! Also, random phlebotomists come for home collection other than the one allocated to you through the SMS. Lal Path Lab do not send you any confirmation SMS/mail/call for your booked tests anywhere at all! Highly mismanaged. Zero patient concerns.

A very good App. The booking and schedulig was smooth and hassle free. Apt search and filter is quick and user friendly. Test details, cost and most importantly - any prepping before the tests are also highlighted. Reports are also shared same day on msg and viewable.on App. that is perfect to save history! . Just taking 1 star as it did not show 'normal range' for few tests, so i cudnt compare if my results are ok or not before my docs visit.

app is fine but they re-use the hub for collecting the blood sample. They should be using only disposable equipments.
