I love the HB app! It's one of the best features about HB. It allows me to stay organized and easily communicate with my clients. I can send invoices and contract right from my phone!

I'm a photographer and honestly love this platform for the most part. I can keep my email communications in one place, along with client contracts, and keep track of invoice payments made. Haven't had many complaints, glitches or any of that

I did not have a good experience with the company. We utilize this system for my remodeling company. Provided invoices, and communication between myself and our clients. We were able to add pictures showing before and after results. After the signed contract and pictures from the job site were sent using Honeybook, an email thread discussing the completion of the job the client paid shortly after. A month or 2 months later the client reported it as fraud. Honeybook refunded the funds back.

Nice to have, but slow! I find that there is a big lag on notifications and when I actually receive notifications for important things like countersigning or even client communication.

I am new to Honeybook, and I am loving what I have seen so far. Of course the introductory price was the final draw. The regular monthly price is some what steep, and I will have to justify keeping it after the introductory period ends. I hope the powers that be, can adjust the pricing, In view of the economic conditions caused by the pandemic.

App is slow. Customer service is non existent. I'm trying to log into my account and I am being blocked. Fees are too high. Still can't use the app. Both my employees can't log in and honeybook isn't doing anything to fix it. I can only use the website terrible customer service. Customer service just replied to my review saying that I'm using the wrong version. I literally uninstalled and reinstalled the app before editing my review. This is how bad they don't care about their customers.
