I'm stunned that someone in the higher ups can actually finance such terrible app. Subscribtions and rentals are different. I rented a movie and it barely surpasses the loading or buffering logo. What a waste of my money and time. Please terminate this app , so called devlopers

I took the subscription for 3 months but now I m regretting it because it does nt have a good playback option..it uses a large amount of data to watch a movie in even good quality..it seems like the app has a default set quality..data saver mode is terrible than 3gp..but if an improvement is made on the playback settings then this app is osm according to me..may be in future I guess!!

I got everything's fine with 1 years subscription but there is a major issue about data consumption.if I play in data saver then videos not clear visible and if try in another settings then consume lots of data even 2 gb data in 30 minutes.i have used all another streaming app but no one like this.please don't buy or download until they solved it.

Don't buy their subscription, it is waste of money. We have taken their subscription but whenever we play movie it asks for subscription. We have made multiple calls to customer care and also dropped email but nothing has happened. It is already more than a month.

Bad Video Quality: I installed this app to support WB for Snyder Cut, I rented it out. But guess what video quality is poor, i changed to high from auto still no difference. And i have very good network my wifi connection is 300MBPS and TV is getting speed of 120-150MBPS. I can watch 4k videos in all other apps but hungama app cant even play 1080p

Even after having a very stable and fast internet of 25mbps still the page is stuck at the start up stating unable to process It has nothing to do with Internet speed as all other Online Digital Platform works absolutely fine It is a bug that has to be fixed from development team I have screen shot as well for reference if required

I am unable to open app. On splash screen it showing loader and than message show unable to process. Many times kill application and restarted. But same problem. Internet is working properly on all other application. Also it is asking contact permission for Google login, why? Because your other application hungama music is not asking contact permission for google login. Really disappointed.

The worst possible app in the world. Even after subscription, the good content is not available. The auto pay function can be disabled only via mail,which is not mentioned anywhere and after the payment is through, the subscription doesn't reflect on the app. I specifically wrote to stop the autopay and then still deducted the money At the start of the app it says proudly made in India, you have absolutely nothing to be proud of

Waste of money! Even after paying subscription 799/- Inr they are asking for movie rental. Big begger. worst worst and worst. don't go for it. Useless. Why you are taking subscription where as you are taking rent for movies in your platform ? why to pay double money for such a useless platform. very disappointed after paying for subscription.
