App shows order delivered even if the order has never been delivered to you, app is not able to send email notification or let you know the driver is trying to reach out your mobile. Basically if you miss the phone call from the driver, you won't get your order, get fully charged and just.eat customer support after few days of escalation with support, will only refund you 50% as per their policy. Think twice before using this app and service

Used the app for years, never had an issue but I think the app quietly adds extra charges in delivery and even within the menus if you compare that to making a phonecall to the take away. Honestly Id prefer a 20 second ad in comparison to being quietly robbed every time I place an order

It is hard to get someone to help you if something goes wrong with your order. The chat resets if you navigate back to the main app (like, if you are looking for your order number) and disconnects a lot. The driver updates are also unreliable. Wouldn't recommend.

I got charged twice After placing a single order. I received a phone call shortly after telling me what has happened by the then just eat straight after. I asked what the reason was for it to happen and he mentioned it was their fault in the IT and when I mention a discount for the simple fact that I got charged double and he just hung up on me. Making me pay twice and not even trying to apologise.

Delivery times have been getting worse and worse: the estimates are wrong, the app announces your meal has left the restaurant or even has been delivered, before the delivery time is delayed again. Staff on the phone are almost impossible to reach and have no idea what is happening. JustEat blames the restaurants, but JustEat needs to fix their process.

This is the most disappointing service. I had placed an order for my sister in Ireland as it was her birthday, the app said the food will be delivered in 2 hours, however, after 1 hour, the app showed the food to be delivered already but my sister never received it. Everytime i spoke to the customer service team, they kept telling me i have to wait 2 more hours as the restaurant is not free to attend to this. I had paid somehwere around 25 Euros for the order. They told me i had no choice.

So many times now a restaurant appears in the list of open restaurants and once we spend time ordering, we find its actually closed. Very frustrating! The app needs some serious maintenance and upgrading. So many issues, with it lately

Overall it's a great app and very handy. It did happen sometimes that the restaurants had delayed delivery without updating the arrival time on the app, which can get annoying. But the guys in customer service try their best to resolve the issue.

Order for food accepted, 20 mins after delivery was due the order rejected. No reason. Another time a customer representative phoned me to tell me the order was cancelled, when I asked why, she asked for proof of identity - she phoned me. Local restaurants appear and dissappear from the list. Probably because of poor customer interface and service. No wonder restaurants are leaving justeat for alternative apps or their own.
