Login flow is very bad. For starters, the login screen shows 4 cryptic login buttons. Also app randomly logs out. This app is supposed to help with emergencies. If i take 20 minutes figuring out login, what's even the point. Also "acknowledge" from notification mostly fails.

We use this app for our on-call schedule at work. It works great overall but I have a minor complaint that the back button doesn't eventually leave the app like the rest of Android Land, it just bounces in and out of the menu.

Can't login from android, I can perfectly log in on my laptop. It's been more than three weeks without hearing back from support, so I'm not sure if they are actively looking into my issue, I see another customer also had this issue, but I didn't see any reply other than contacting support.

Every time I'm on call it ends up overriding all of my sound settings and stays that way. I'm talking every sms, news article notification, calendar reminder blast the alert sound and ignore volume settings. I'd rate higher if that wasn't happening

When you keep 3 tabs - Mine, My Teams, All, then it's a common design to swipe to switch between the tabs. But in pager duty it resolves the page. Everytime I do this accidentally. Fix this or ask for confirmation if page is being resolved. Ridiculous design!!

Great app, been essential to being able to keep track of pages for our services. Although as of late, they seemed to have broken priority override feature which is essential. Without that I have missed pages during the night since it didn't override my ringer.

At first, I never received low urgency notifications despite settings all the permissions to True. However, I later realised I had to go to the app settings and add my device to receive notifications. The support team were responsive.

When i put my phone on vibrate or silent, i don't get sound notifications, even though i enabled all settings to override the system sound. This is the core functionality of the app and it doesn't work!

This app is useless: you can't access the detail of your alerts (like the component that's affected)! We have many generic alert titles so the most important bit is found in the detail and it's impossible using the app, I have to open the PD web site every time... It's pointless to make an app if the offered features aren't on par with the web version!?!?
