RED WARNING! Grab Malay now master scammer. Be careful. Without delivery, customer money is going out from bank accounts. They have, on purpose, set up their app to PIN the wrong location for taxi pick up and delivery and then charge extra money. What a scammers! They charge my bank 4 times and not delivered items saying location is wrong when location is wrong on their app! They are also cheating people on taxi. The taxi will never arrive, and they will take cash from your card under no show.

Been using Grab for almost 8 years now. With each update, it looks and performs WORSE!. GrabPay kicking back cc's that have been used for years, no longer offering points...and the 'support' is a total joke. Virtually non existent! For how much money Grab has, they sure totally & utterly SUCK! THE WORST! If ever there becomes an option, I'm breaking up w this byatch forever!

I have been cashing in grab wallet, I think for years now, for the purpose of the points. I have been saving up points, consistent order to maintain the points, and suddenly, Grab takes all my points. its 4000. not much but it is somethings. Being loyal to this app is maybe a mistake. and now they force people to subscribe to receive points. Money talks :D

Grab needs to redesign its user interface for its riders. App users pay ADDITIONAL fees for Mix & Match orders. But there has been more than one instance where riders only collected from only 1 shop instead of the multiple that I ordered from. As a GrabUnlimited user, if I ordered from only 1 shop, I could have easily gotten free delivery. Despite my missing orders, the refund is only done for the missing items and not the delivery fee which is not fair to me.

They haven't included a built-in translation feature for reviews and items in restaurants and stores. Additionally, they've disabled the ability to select and manually translate text in the app, which can be inconvenient. You have to resort to screenshotting and using Google Translate. Frustrating!

Variety of services, but poorly managed. Either they have very little people at customer service support or the boss don't pay those people well, but in any way this is one of those apps with very deficient customer service. What about this, rather than putting out a lot of services available in one app, you focus on the main thing you can actually do. stop being greedy.

When you type in the restaurant you want, you are shown 1 store, when you know there are 4 locations nearby. Many choices will not tell you how big the pizza is, or how many pieces of chicken you are getting. Menu options often have NO description, sometimes no pictures. I can not get food delivery if it is raining, even HOURS after rain has stopped.

pretty solid app & a half-decent e-wallet. a few problems problem i have is the inability to transfer to other wallets & the lack of uses besides the in-app services & payment on a very select few stores especially in east malaysia. its also quite glitchy & not as pin point accurate as other apps, also the customer service function is also not very consumer friendly for the most part. the only reason i still use it is cuz of the amount of drivers/restaurrants it has compared to its competitors
