Great premise and easy to use but...pretty much every time I use it it the app freezes, including the playlist info and time, so I have no idea how far in I've gone each time, nothing works, please fix!

I purchased three books from this site. After downloading each book to my phone so that I could listen off line, they were never stored. The app required me to download each book three different times. Still did not store. I would not recommend this app if you intend to listen off line.

I have the flex pass and that allows me to buy a LOT more audiobooks. My job allows me to listen to music/audio while working and I go through a lot, and the prices are very reasonable. Also, I listen to a lot of fantasy, and this site has a wider selection of authors than some others I've used.

Horrible company! The one book I bought took forever to download, not bc of my wifi. I was charged monthly without my knowledge. When I tried speaking with customer service they refused to issue any refund or even stop the charges from continuing! So many red flags in that email chain. The customer care associate I was speaking to changed the end of her emails to call herself the manager! The customer service line when straight to voice-mail during their hours. Then blocked my number!

The book that introduced me to the app was reasonably priced. Works okay when used continuously, but sometimes my progress is not saved correctly and when I come back I have to figure out where I was.

No Widget? The app works fine so far, my purchases downloaded & play fine. There doesn't seem to be a widget tho' which is very odd & annoying. However the books are DRM-free so I can transfer it back to my phone & play in a different app or load onto my PMP

Droid version seems quite buggy on Pixel 4XL; 90% of the time it refuses to display player controls during playback. I have no idea why, but do not see the same behaviour in the IOS app which I also have.

The app goes back to the beginning randomly which is very frustrating and you cannot move smoothly between chapters. The sound is too quiet to use without headphones -I have other audiobook apps without these faults

The worst service ever, feel like cheated. The ad looked like listen to unlimited titles in the first month being a flex member. And after being a flex member, just get one title, and pay >USD 10 to listen each title. There seems to be no customer service, as I wrote three times to them yet with no response. But almost every week you'll get some auto messages. Another very bad experience is about the app. The app operates like a 1965 old radio.
