The logistic system is awful. I paid for the same day but they didn't pick untill the next day. I use the same day service because it's urgent, yet the app said "delay pick-up due to internal issue". The customer service use template answer and didn't give me the exact time nor even guarantee when my package will be picked. Only say useless apologizes.

Not helpful at all. I tracked my package and it says "the package has been processed in north jakarta" but i've been waiting for almost a week. I tried to call the CS via Whatsapp, instagram and by phone but it's no use. The phone is not active and all the social media gave no respond. Today i checked that the package has arrived but i didn't receive it! Please anteraja improve your services because i understand if there could be problems on the way but at least i could call CS for explaination

first of tracking information. no update for package information so you have to ask customer service. second, i guess i did try to contact customer service by the app. nothing happen. no one actually call me or send any messages regarding my concern. in the end i have to call customer service by phone. so what is the poin of this application? i kinda wonder about that.

The worst logistic company. App is great, but they're useless. Courier didn't come, but in the app it says shop is closed and parcel not ready for pickup. Called the CS, also useless, they promised to send the courier today but still no one came. Never use this service ever.

I sent one box of snacks, estimated 4 days, but arrived 17 DAYS LATER! It had been crushed and moldy. The case was investigated and insured for 2 WEEKS! I only got one million, when mine was actually valued over 3 millions. The customer services and couriers suck. They care less about customer's satisfaction, unlike their visions and missions... Now it's getting even more ridiculously expensive and the app isn't working on my town. What a total disappointment

The courier in brebes area is awful. They just throw it away the packages without considering what inside the package such as electronics or other fragile stuff, and they doesn't even called the recipient. Just throw & leave.. Very unprofessional.. Never experienced bad service like this by other logistic companies

The app requests to be updated, but when I tap the "Download Now" button, there is no update available in PlayStore. Because of that, I cannot use the App because there is no close button to dismiss the "Update" banner. Trash!!

My parcel was cancelled by Anteraja because the recipient address is not covered. If it's not covered why can I still make the order in the first place? And then I was never refunded even though I have called so many times. Then, they said I will be refunded through the application not through the original payment method. Who do you think in their sane mind would use this service again after going through all of that?

The logistics provider that I avoid the most. But several times unlucky because the system of E-Commerce uses Anteraja as its routing. And all of me disappointed, from the tracking apps that are not clear, timeliness in delivery is bad.
