    It's fine for anything other than assistance lifts. Doesn't properly track and any changes you make dont get updated on your workout days. I keep getting old number of reps and weights.

    A very nice app for the 5x5 workout. NO adds on the free version and ONE time purchase on the Pro version so NO stupid anual/month subscription made me support the developer and bought the upgraded version!

    Dont start with 5x5 but after a few months of baby weight this is a good program to increase your compounds so when you return to volume to look good you can actually push some weight Ive had great success with this in the past plus it's a quick program if you don't rest enough

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this one Not dynamic enough! Doesn't allow for adjustments for someone more experienced in lifting... Plug in your starting stats and it spits out a VERY LOW starting point. And I've compared my starting stats to a friend of mine and they were nearly identical...!! I'm 47 / 280lbs, been lifting since I was 20, He is 21 / 150lbs and just starting out. Example, my warm-up sets for squats are 3x5- 95 / then 5x5- 135 IT STARTED ME OUT WITH A 5X5- 95 TARGET... REALLY...?!?

    There is no option to modify a previous workout. I deleted a deadlift set and now i cannot get it back whatever i do. i am only 5 workouts into the program but if i wanna start over i can't add workouts in the past. this app is a scam, you pay so much money for practically no flexibility. LE: I tried editing the day. i cannot add a main exercise (DL), only assistance. i also cannot edit the rest days in between.

    Meh...the old free excell spreadsheets were wayyy better. For some reason all these workput apps are barely useful and filled with fancy images and fluff. Not worth my money. Go back to the old designs.
