Horrible experience! After wasting my time trying to "shop" i ended up with nothing but my money taken away and without any refund until now and it has been a month! I wasted my time selecting the items and chose knet as my payment, after entering all necessary details, it just gave me an error! The items are left in the cart and the full amount is deducted! I called and emailed several times and provided all necessary informations but still not resolved!!

While the service overall is decent, customer support through the app is a painful process, as the chat function isn't implemented properly, and the Contact Us section barely works (clicking on anything does not bring an immediate response, nor does it show a loading animation, so it appears the app is dead/frozen)

I ordered online for the first time and it is the last time. After ordering and paying online 1 hour after i received a sms saying that for unforeseen reasons that had to cancel 4 of my items! I checked many times on their website to see if it was because it was out of stock and no all these items were available. When i picked up my order there was 1 missing item Plus they forgot to remove the lock on 1 item. I had to return to the shop Very unprofessional! Got no help from the costumer service
