Worked great for a few weeks. Now the Vacuum won't clean the entire house. Only does part of a room then returns to the dock and doesn't go out again. Sometimes it does 80 percent of the house and other times it does 1 percent of the house. This app is full of bugs and doesn't work well at all. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, unplugged the machine, reset it, removed the battery, remapped the house multiple times. Still have the same issues, dont waste your time or money on their robot vacuums!

This feels like a MAJOR downgrade from the Roborock app. This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It continually freezes while trying to make changes to the map and then doesn't save any of it. Also doesn't show where it's cleaned already or where it is currently. You can only make no go zones down to a certain size so I'm not able to put them where I need them in smaller areas. Thinking I'll return this and go back to my Roborock with a much better app.

Continuously get stuck on its own charging station and is "unable to move". No go zones don't work. Neither does sending it to clean a specific room. Mapping is extremely slow. You are unable to add additional rooms, you have to just keep redoing the map. Constantly prompts with new notifications that are duplicate notifications already deleted. Really basic app, shotty functions, could use vast improvements on all areas.

The app plays a short animation every time I open it. Which would not be an issue if I didn't have to completely close the app to deselect my living room for a specific room cleaning. The app hides options behind the active cleaning. The matrix clean option doesn't let you adjust vacuum settings. Probably because it's always set to high But the menu looks the same you just can drag it up for fan speed. This is an app that a UI specialist would have a field day with.

Like the vacuum, hate the app. Very difficult to use and rarely loads robot info (history or schedule). Looses connection and continues to disappoint. Map gets stuck in a loop where you have to approve and not have the entire space mapped or delete the map and start all over again, going over the same spaces. I've been 2 days and 7 hrs run time trying to get a decent map established and still is incomplete.

The Shark Clean app works pretty good, albeit slow. I understand the Internet and speed tests and yada yada, stuff, but the interface between standing literally 4 feet away and it takes up to a minute to tell the vacuum to clean. I could've written it a letter faster. Just saying. Other than that, the 'avoid areas' work about 70% of the time. It just keeps going on one of my rooms, no matter what. Everything else works fine or as expected. Good

This app is absolutely terrible. I had a previous vacuum from another brand that would show you exactly where the vacuum is so that if it gets stuck you can move it. It's also hard to map no go zones if all I'm looking at is boxes on my screen. If I could see where the vacuum gets stuck often, I could make it a no go zone but I just have to guess with this thing. Dumb.

I've used it about 10 times now but sometimes it doesn't add the rooms that I've opened the doors for it to add to the map. It also disconnected from wifi once and it wouldn't automatically reconnect and I had to add it as a new vacuum again, but I did it with the same name so it actually ended up reconnecting without actually adding a new vacuum. Other than that it works great!

App works well, easy to use, accurate and has good features. SUGGESTIONS for improvements: multi-floor maps, modify cleaning job or add to it while the robot is cleaning. Right now, robot has to go back to dock to be able to do another cleaning run. Add a resizable option to Matrix spot cleaning. Other than that, I'm happy with it.
