This app never once tracked my location. I've had to add all of my trips. Everything is set for it to have access to locatin, but it doesn't.

I'm using the app for 2023 Puget Sound Regional Travel Study. The tracking works fine. The app crashes almost every time I open it for a trip survey.

I am unable to get it to work on my wife's Pixel 3. Everything is turned on (GPS, high accuracy, etc) Since the app will not work on her phone we will be unable to complete the study and get the giftcards. Please advise.

No way am I letting someone continously track me for almost 2 weeks, constantly bother me with additional surveys, and rapidly drain my battery. That's more intrusive and frustrating than I can handle.

this process was very easy to use, they have great customer service to aid in the download process if you have trouble. I'm an elder user who is unfamiliar with my smart phone apps and it was easy for me to use

Terribly cumbersome app. Takes far too much time dealing with trip surveys and incorrect trip records. Nope, not worth the incentive. Would advise municipalities to find a different solution.
