Regolamento fatto con veramente poco buon senso. Serve la ricevuta se hai pagato con carta, quando mai il casello la stampa? E l'estratto conto della carta non è utilizzabile come prova di pagamento! Se autostrade sa che un cantiere crea disagi e tempi lunghi non è più pratico ridurre/scontare il pedaggio su quei tratti? Questo renderebbe inutile il costo di sviluppo di questa app

Ridicoli. La app funziona correttamente. La società che ha emesso il regolamento dovrebbe vergognarsi. Il ritardo calcolato su una velocità media (auto) di 100km/h fa sì che per un ritardo di ben 1 ora (su un tempo di percorrenza normale!) su un percorso disastrato e pieno di cambi di corsia (perfino contromano in galleria a rischiare la vita) di 251km non mi abbia dato diritto al rimborso minimo. Senza parole.

Inutile, lasciate stare. 2 giorni per caricare e inviare via mail tutti i documenti richiesti, per poi avere 3 rimborsi su circa 160 transiti sulla stessa tratta, sulla quale ho accumulato giornalmente ritardi a causa delle corsia chiuse per lavori.

VERGOGNA! Non solo a causa dei lavori PERENNI perdo sistematicamente più di un'ora della mia vita ogni giorno (fra cambi corsi e lavori, in un senso e nell'altro, la tratta Genova-Spezia, 125km, si percorre, quando va bene, in un'ORA E QUARANTACINQUE), ma per chiedere un cashback minimo e praticamente impossibile da ottenere, devo lasciargli VENDERE I MIEI DATI a chiunque, così che ci possano PURE guadagnare. Oltre al danno ci aggiungono pure la beffa. Vergognosi al limite del criminale!
