Can't reset password, it says link is expired or wrong and can't request another reset as error message flashes up. Gone round in circles.

I echo every other bad review; lost points, no community or contact with trainers/staff, no timetables, no booking.... in my view, yhis isn't an app its a gym pass only. I do credit the at home workouts but this doesn't benefit people wanting to come to the gym... When is a full functioning app due?

All I can do is generate a QR code that can't even be used to access my local gym as the scanners still haven't been updated. Pointless.

The new app won't let me log in it says it doesn't recognize my email or password even though I've been a member since the gym opened and used the app since that started,

Only really generates the qr code so you can enter the gym, doesn't keep records of when you sign into the gym, previous app was alot better than this budget one

Only works half the time, not only do you have to pay for the gym but you have to pay for the data to use the app to get in the gym aswell, waste of time

Very poor, keeps saying doesn't recognize my email address, only got one which I used to join , so I have to explain this at the door every morning or I cannot gain entry not very good service .

The old app was much better. I miss being able to create my workouts for the week on the previous app. This is a pretty useless app

Other than allow me access to the gym, the activity tracker doesn't work and there are no class timetables! No community hub either. Preferred the old app.......
