    I just love how I can customize my workouts. I am a Taekwondo trainee and need to put extra effort on legs Strength Building. I am glad that I can see how exactly I have to do the excercises, so it minimises the errors. Also, there's a lot excercises. In most of the cases I can't keep up with sir xD but it's fun to do the challenging ones too. It's overall awesome for me. None the less :)

    Good App Bad Execution: Really looked forward to this app with calendar and auto generated workout. Though the bad thing is the constant bugs. With the bugs even making it impossible to use the app and start a workout because it will say offline. Even connected to a high speed internet, the servers and use of the app is unacceptable, I would recommend to find an alternative.

    Was really really excited for the new update but after looking it over and navigating through the app, there seems like a lot of work is still needed. 1.Understandable that there is a Pro version that must be paid...sadly. However, you can't upgrade because there is an error to the site. Hopefully this is fixed soon with the Pro version being a paid once and not subscription 3. When you are trying to do the work out, it seems you have to schedule it first in order to even start the workout. Once you schedule it to the date and time, then you can start that workout once you are in that scheduled time. Why not have a button to start workout right away? 4. After working out, you cant seem to remove the workout that you've done for that day....I wish you can remove it just in case you accidentally started one workout that you didn't mean to start. This is just a few of the of the flaws noticed as I haven't fully dived into the app yet. Hopefully the Devs can fix these issues. Edit: video works now. hOWEVER, workout routine generator isn't that great as it generates similar workout at times and kind of mediocre...which causes you to edit your workout routine a lot. Emphasis on muscle group is too generic as you cannot log in the amount of weight you use and they're all rep based....there's no time based AT ALL! Some of the back to back workout that's generated is too "robotic" like and does not feel like a genuine routine.

    Looks very complete but it's super hard to understand for beginners. The UI is super user-unfriendly. Need to register before doing anything. Need to set up a program, a workout with no guidance. Need to know what the words "calisthenics, weights, sets, reps, rounds" actually mean. Workout includes warm up but the videos does not show them. While working out, impossible to know when you are done. Too complicated for me. I guess this is for experienced bodybuilders.

    This app has so much potential but its ruined by several things to a point that it is so frustrating i want to delete the app every time I open it. The biggest issue is that workouts change randomly. You could open a workout to preview it and then when you come back later to complete it, it has changed to drop sets. Then it will change to a DIFFERENT drop set program. Either get rid of this "glitch" or provide a way to manually switch between these options.

    Been using this app for more than a year now on it's free version. I had created my own workouts and was able to access to them without any problem. Now that they updated it I can't access my workouts anymore. I click them and they won't open. I'm not even able to create them again. I hope they fix this cause I put a lot of time on creating those workouts, and if they changed to a paid feature I'd be pretty much disappointed.

    Great workouts, but the app is the worst! I upgraded to the pro app to do a training schedule, but all of a sudden I can't find this specific program anymore. The app keeps crashing as well and all your progress is lost. Also when I want to start a workout, it just jumps to a random exercise and skips the warm up. Stick to the free version, it is unfortunately not worth the upgrade right now.

    Absolutely fantastic app, so far I've only tried out the free version but it's still amazing the selection of excersises given to you. The videos showing the excersise are a god send, as one thing I've always worried about is correct form during excersise. There is only one slight problem I have with the app and that is that the start workout button doesn't seem to work for custom made workouts that I made. It works for programs made by the app but not for what I make.

    It gets three stars because the concept is great. If you're a beginner great app to start. However, I wish there was an option to delete plans and a big improvement would be to add weights. Recording previous weights used would help improve everyone's lifts. App has a lot of potential for improvement but definitely on the right track so far.
