I had the app for a while and all of a sudden I had to log in again. If you already have an account, you have to put in a verificaton code to make sure thay you are the accountholder. My phone number is correct but no matter how many times I want it to send me the code, I never get it... Tried again a few months later but it keeps doing the same thing... I never get the code to log in again...

Although there are indeed some rough edges I don't think the app deserves a rating below 4. It serves its function of providing a native version of track & trace well enough imo. The notifications are also really handy.

The pick-up point for parcels is not taken into account anymore. Is it because of some update? My last 3 or 4 parcels have been directed to the post office (rather far) instead of the usual pickup (still valid on my account). Your Client service said this was because of the order of the name + surname on the label. But these labels have been the same for years, what's going on? Please, fix this. Otherwise I'll start using Mondial Relay, they have one pickup point nearby.

Uninstalled within seconds. Forced registration/login, doesn't end there. Forced to fill in your name, address etc. All of this is a huge waste of time and unnecessary, just let people write in a tracking number and that's all you need

The app makes it very easy to track parcels. A map with live location tracking, and a live countdown of the amount of stops that need to be made before reaching your location is excellent.

Beyond frustrating. Address (postbox) missing. At first they pretended after submitting that within some business days it would be added, now they gave up on that pretense and just redirect you to the website. Useless app. 0 stars.

nice idea, bad coding. doesn't update status of packages, as many others have already reported. it also messed up my phones settings for opening links. when I clicked a link in my browser it wanted to open it in the bpost app. Uninstalling helped.

Very slow app, it takes such a long time to open the app and load a package. The app also appears as 'open' option for every webpage when browsing, instead of only for bpost sites, very annoying.

When first setting up you have to opt out for using your private data, that's unlawful and must be an opt in instead, sneaky mind games. Could login with Google but couldn't verify mail and finish setup. Can't use.
