Ce serait peut être le temps d'arrêter d'ajouter des exercices et d'ajouter des fonctions, les entraînements et les activités générés par une montre ne ce connecte pas ensemble. Les modifications comme les changements de poids ou de répétitions dans les programmes ne ce mettent pas à jour, il faut le changer à chaque fois qu'on fait le programme.
