Went from working ok in the past to aggravating everytime now. New update is trash...slow and unreliable. Have a camera now that will not send pics no matter what and on top of that now have cameras all over the state and the app won't even open. Tried all the twisting your arm and shaking your leg tricks that have had to do before to get it to work for a few weeks and nothing. If this isn't resolved soon I'm gonna have to be switching. Wish there was an option for zero stars. Please help!

Ever since they did the software update, I haven't received notifications of the check-in pictures or activity as soon as the pictures were taken. I have to manually check the app to see if pictures were captured. I am not even sure if the camera is operating. I even restarted the cameras. One is on Verizon, and the other is AT&T it doesn't matter.

Well initially worked great. It is draining my batteries now, one camera won't upload says it is syncing but won't upload test photo on any of them and on the camera not uploading or taking any photos since 12/15. Right after the update. I have replaced batteries a second time and still nothing sync camera while there to be sure and it shows syncing just not taking photos. I was going to get two more but if I need to switch to another camera if these aren't working & appears there is issue

Pretty good but Needs one improvement as soon as possible. There is no way to filter pictures by time uploaded. Those with multiple cameras set uploads for each camera differently. Some to save battery once a day and others for security immediate upload. When once a day uploads come the pictures can be distributed mixed in with the immediate uploads making for a total mess. Developers... Please fix this by adding a sort by time uploaded.... Latest or oldest Thank you for your support

I bought this to record predators by the chicken coop. It won't even record the truck driving by! Or people walking by! The video It does take is very poor. It presents as three photos, the subject is in the photo, the disappears! Like a magic act! It seems to work when it wants to. Poor quality, a waste of money. I am sorry I wasted my money on this cam!

App no longer sends notifications when new images are uploaded (checked permissions on my end and everything is the same as before but since latest update app has been sub-par). Seems they broke what didn't need fixing with last update. After update, lost images prior to update. DVR mode almost seems not to work. Night images are clearer, so at least you got that right. Loved the app prior to recent updates. ***Downgraded to 1 star as I've emailed support and still no response months later.***

Deceptor photos going somewhere I can't view them. I get the notification and use the on-demand but they don't populate correctly. I have to go and view that photo individually through the on-demand notification.

after the upgrade I will get photos walking into the property but will not get the photos if it all walking out of the property until the next day. it was working so wonderful until the upgrade. Like the other reviews had said . My cameras are less than two years old, one doesn't even respond after the update. my 2-year-old cameras are a little bit better now on whatever they upgraded, but they still don't catch everything walking past them. But it's a lot better than it was

App problems in the past that were mostly resolved. Present, I've lost a lot of the app functions since the last update this past weekend. I like the cameras, but the app has issues. Possibly a deal breaker if the app issues aren't resolved.
