Kind of hard to navigate. I have been trying to change the face and cannot find the function to o this. The directions are confusing.

Trash watch and terrible app. Very clumsy interface on the watch and the app. Watch design is mediocre. Could have spent my $60 much better. Invasive permission requests from the app too

Maintaining the connection between the watch and phone is sketchy at best. I've gone through ALL the troubleshooting tips and it has NOT helped.

Sleep cycle is not automatic recorded. Interface here is unfriendly in the mobile app. Sleeping-Heart rate reports are only recorded and are not friendly to read.

My watch is disconnected from my app and it will no longer let me reconnect and I've tried many many times to fix it including deleting the app and re-downloading the app very frustrating Bluetooth function doesn't work at all

Ever since I got the thing a tiny bit wet it's not been working, I literally have to turn off my phone and then turn it back on to get it to work, the sleep indicator has been a fell every day since it was a bit wet and I was told by cricket that it was water resistant so I would not mind to have my money back this device is worthless

App no longer works so watch is useless. Watch designers needs to threaten to make the watch that uses a different app. Maybe then they would fix this one. Will be more careful when ordering a new watch. Phone says app. has stopped working.

Worked with my watch for one week and then total disconnect. I've tried to reconnect over 50 times, uninstalling and reinstalling, powering off and on phone and watch. Nothing. Not satisfied at all

Ever since the last update, my watch doesn't connect anymore. I've also seen other users have the same problem with the app. Please fix this issue! I did not spend money on this smartwatch for it to become obsolete.
