Unable to log in. Every time I attempt to it takes me to the "Arena" tab. I press "Access your tickets" and it takes me to the log in screen. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I NEED THE TICKETS FOR ENTRY?

I can't sign up or sign in. directed to useless help pages. googled a phone number - 30 minutes wait. What is this waste of space system? is the o2 so confident in its ticket sales I doesn't care how much it annoys customers?

My experience of this truly dreadful app follows the experiences of the vast majority before me. Downloaded, then account set up which was followed by two emails confirming registration then asking to confirm email. Both emails were sent to my account set up email address. What followed was increasingly frustrating with every attempt to login to my new account. I kept getting an error message saying that either my email or password was incorrect. No answers from so called customer service.

What an digital abomination of an app!!!! Multiple logins required, ticketmaster app then leads on to download the o2 app. How could someone screw this up so badly. Shame on you¡!¡!!!!!

genuinely so difficult to use this app. not even sure i will be able to attend my concert date because of this not working. i would give it 0 if i could. wasted time and possibly money, never ever booking at an O2 venue again

Awful app keeps crashing or does not recognise your email or password and no phone number to ring so you have to email customer services who when they eventually reply tell you to reinstall the app as the newest version is required but guess what you do that and it still doesn't work I guess I will have to go to the box office on the night and get good old paper tickets. Way too stressful for a night out which is supposed to be fun! Already questioning whether to ever book at the o2 again
