I signed up for the 7 day free trial and faxed my first round of docs successfully. The second time around it said I ran out of credits for the month. The free trial said "unlimited" faxes. Tried again and asked me to verify my email. I checked my email and spam folder and i didn't see the link to verify my email. I cant find it on the app where I can resend the verification link either.

I installed this app under the impression that I was getting a trial, I signed up and ended up being charge 169.99 dollars, I contacted my credit card company about the issue and the developer said that the transaction was legit, I tried getting a refund through Google, and they couldn't do a Refund and told me I had to get it through the developer, I've been trying for about 3 months now to get a refund and I'm getting what seems to be an automated email about it, and still no refund, no human

I had to fax several pages a few times. All my documents was received within a few minutes and I also received notification confirmation from the app that all my pages was delivered. I used it as a trial because I never have to fax anything normally. Very very easy to use. If I had to fax docs on the reg then I would DEFINITELY keep using and would pay otherwise I cant afford it and it's a waste. Great app!!!

This app is a huge rip off and now I'm out of 169.00 dollars. I use the app to fax one thing during the 7 days trial and I cancel before the 7 days was up. They email me and said that it was cancel. I didn't think nothing else about it until I was charged yesterday. The charge was unauthorized and I did not give them permission to charge me card!

I think I've tried all the fax apps the play store has to offer and none can compete with this one. No problems. No bugs. No crashes. Smooth and simple. Unlike all the others apps, they offer a free trial that let's you fully experience the app.

This app is a fraud!!!! They charge you and do not send the fax. Then they tell you that you need to make a second attempt and they try to recharge you to repeat their error. I reached out to their support in two separate attempts and just get an automated reply. End result....I was charged and no fax was ever sent. Users beware!!!

It does what is suppose to but it's super super super expensive. There are cheaper alternative. Much cheaper. They were charging me 24.99 plus 17.99 a month after a 7 day free trial so I cancelled just to get a phone number and receive faxes. It worked great but not worth the steep price tag

If I could give "0" stars I would! You can only contact customer service via email and the replies are automated messages. They charged me $169.99 plus tax for a yearly subscription and $20 for a monthly subscription when I only signed up for the monthly. I have requested a refund, but they never address the refund. I have already contacted google support and google said they DO NOT handle the refund. The app developer handles all refunds. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

It works great, but cost too much for amount I would use it. Used the free trial, went better than expected. The pricing was a little hard to understand pay for a number and pay separately again to be able to send and receive. Thought it too costly but it worked great.
