    My community had Fluent systems installed throughout the community. The experience with the system was awful It took the technicians over a week to install the system. A senior tech who was able to get the system installed had to install all new equipment. After the system was operational for a year, we received a bill for equipment for$850+.We never authorized or approved any equipment changes.     Doorbell camera lags. I have to wait minutes to get a notification by then they are gone. Cameras dont record right. I have multiply people go through my yard an walk infront of my cameras an they didnt even record. I dont recommend

    Horrible customer service my sensor was turned off bc it kept going off they were supposed to call me to get someone to come check it out and noone has called as soon as my contract is over im gone.... 4 /16/21had an appointment bc my alarm isnt working properly and noone showed up i want to cancel my contract because they are horrible ive called several times this is crazy i just want to cancel my contract and go with someone thats cares about there customers.. my panel isn't working bt I pay

    Terrible service (6days costumer) It's my 3rd day since monday to call the customer service to connect me at their cancelation department for cancelation of my agreement while it still free to cancel but then for a several call I made the automatic voice keep saying "LEAVE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER TO CALL YOU BACK" until now no call back from them.Come on you should know how to call back us like how your calling back when we need a qoute from your product be fair with us. We want to cancel it.

    The worst company I have ever was pushed into using. My advice is to lock your door when you see them coming. They should be out of business very dishonest people!!!! And will over charge you for everything and you can't cancel if not done in 3 days, but that wasn't told. 3 days aren't enough to see if you want it or not. THE MOST UNTRUTH COMPANY I HAVE EVER KNOWN!! Look on the BBB and you will see.
