won't connect my jbuds air pro, says save failed and when I try and do it manually the photo will just flash blue a few seconds and do nothing

This app used to work but now doesn't . I had to reinstall it as it kept crashing and now it opens but you can't access the headphone features. I sent a crash report to Jlab but have had nothing back. The headphones are great but now I have no way of changing the button functions etc. If they can sort this out, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. I fixed the issue by installing an old version of the app (2.5) and then letting it update. It now works but I shouldn't have to have done this.

Earbuds are already paired but the app won't see that they're connected and allow me to use the EQ. Going to return these because as is the sound is very hollow and low quality.

Upgraded from the older app which supported my Epic Air Sport ANC Gen 2. When selecting them with this version I get the message "Not compatible with your earbuds". Why let me select that model if it's not compatible?

I have gotten the lab studio pro over ears and the app won't support them and idk why there fairly new right? (Im sorry b7t I have returned them I will shop for new ones soon.)

The app seems nice but I can't actually rate it if I can't use it. They included the epic air and gen 2 but not the gen 1. And they deleted their original app so now I can't modify my earbuds at all

It doesn't have my earbuds on here as an option, and the only ones close to it won't connect. "Use our equalizer!" Literally on the packaging, but you don't provide a way to do that.
