great app. although still a bit of catching up compared to the Qantas app. It is a bit stupid to have the separate Virgin and Velocity apps though with a duplication of resources giving similar information. Recent baggage tracking addition is a nice bonus. I wish that there was the ability to have integrated discounts on this app for users with allocated virgin business rewards accounts setup same as Qantas does with their app and their respective business services account holders.

It's just OK. Constantly asks me to re-login, but has no fingerprint login support. Why not? Should be mandatory. Design is uninspiring particularly the very basic Velocity member section. Clunky usage model, always linking out to webpages whenever you need to modify your booking. Get your act together and build a native Android app already VA.

Unable to cancel a booking through the app, and there are no messages on the app saying that this is feature is unavailable so I don't know why such a basic function doesn't work. I tried to cancel well before the departure date by the way, but the app simply didn't repond. This has really distrupted my travel, as calling the guest contact centre has been difficult due to bad reception where I am.

Do not fly with this airline. App is adequate, you dont need to be a member. Flights are not budget - buy cheap buy twice - just spend a few dollars extra on a comfortable airline. They change itinerary from direct to stopping last minute, no in-flight meals. Customer service are friendly but must have a hard job dealing with annoyed customers.

Very unhappy with being cheated by Virgin on my travel credit. I had a travel credit of $380 and booked a flight that cost $370, perfect except travel agent said Virgin only allows travel credit to be used on a flight that cost $200 more at a later time that didn't suit me. So I've been cheated out of $380 because credit expires soon.
