Warum muss ich zum einfachen Vorbestellen eines Rezeptes jedes Mal sämtliche persönliche Daten eingeben? Das sieht die Apotheke auch auf dem Rezept. Ohne Benutzerkonto sehe ich nicht mal den Status der aktuellen Bestellung, also None Mehrwert! Hauptsache mal alle Daten abgreifen. Ein Anruf bei der Apotheke zum Vorbestellen hat den gleichen Aufwand und Effekt. Führt eine sinnvolle Funktionalität zur Nutzung ohne Erfassung der ganzen sensiblen Daten ein! Beim Vorgänger "deineApotheke" ging das.

unbrauchbar, auch meine Apotheke hat inzwischen Konsequenzen gezogen und auf eine andere App (amamed) gewechselt... App wird heute deinstalliert

die App ist das Schlimmste, was ich je hatte. Weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Nachrichten empfangen geht nicht. Man landet in der App Info, wo man den Cache leeren kann, etc. Gespeicherte Fotos senden? Geht nicht. Wird nicht angeboten. Wenn man dann endlich alles weit hat, sucht man seine Stamm Apotheke, und muss sie neu eingeben. Dann ist man bei seinen Daten, u. muss dort auch alles neu eingeben. Und dann? Wird das Rezept nicht übermittelt. Ja, hab sie nochmal neu installiert

Ich kann nicht einsehen, welche Rezepte ich bestellt habe, das ist mehr als ärgerlich. Außerdem bekomme ich jedes Mal eine Mail, wenn sich mein Status ändert - das nervt. Ich habe doch die App und bekomme eine Benachrichtigung, warum noch eine Mail, die ich dann nur zusätzlich löschen muss? Ich wünsche mir die alte App (deine Apotheke) zurück, die war benutzerfreundlicher! Wenn sich das nicht ändert, lösche ich die App direkt wieder und rate jedem davon ab, sie zu nutzen.
