Makes payments for my internet bills easy. Haven't had any major issues with the app. Just felt a bit unintuitive at first but it got better over time and gets the job done

What a useless app! It's asking me to enter a mobile number so I can set a pin, and when I enter my mobile number, it's says "Please sign up using a phone number". It's frustrating! And what's more, is I can actually see from the background that I am login. Stupid, useless, app!

Useless. I am experiencing issues with the application, specifically in loading my profile and details. Despite attempting to reinstall the app, the problem persists and I find myself stuck on the default page. Additionally, I have noticed that the app's performance is slow. It's disappointing that the online account management feature has been removed, and now users are required to use the app, which appears to still have multiple bugs and remains unusable in some areas.

Not a good app. I buy a subscription and it doesn't show up in the app so cant track useage or data plan. Often when i pay with credit card nothing happens until i get refunded by bank. The history doesn't show purchases only points earned. As far as apps go, this is definitely one of the worst i have tried to use. I am going to research other phone companies to see if their service is better. Very unhappy with globe.

Your apps sucks!!! I was buying load through my credit card and it always says that "please be patient" and I went home to see if the load I want to buy is reflecting. I kept doing it 4 times and still wasn't reflecting. But now, I have a bunch of regular loads and now the messages are appearing that I already received the load, even if the signal here is strong. I dont know what to do with these load and I want to give it back to my credit card.

First, I don't like the fact that it always need to update but the app itself is so slow and lag even though my internet connection is good. Second, the data does not show the right internet data unless you refresh it. Overall the problem is, the developer needs to make the app more convenient and fast. In short, easy to use and access.

Useless app! The old app version is way better than this. We're not able to track how much the remaining data balance we have anymore. We've subscribed directly to the app, but it only shows "Oops! You have no subscription yet." Wth. I always updated it, hoping for improvement, but I think developers did not care at all. And it's always crashed. You need to close and reopen the app every time

I downloaded this application primarily to track my remaining promo data. However, despite multiple updates, this feature has become ineffective. I've even reinstalled the app three times, but to no avail. I hope you can address this concern and work towards a solution. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

UPDATE 23NOV2023 Still the SAME ISSUE/ERROR. After email was verified successfully, it doesn't want to take in my mobile# UPDATE: 18SEP2023 Still SAME issue/error. So uninstalling again. UPDATE 05MAY2023 Still the same error. It just keeps asking me to put in my mobile number and everytime I do, it tells me to do it again and again!! Doesn't want to accept my mobile number which is legally registered already. The app is TOTALLY USELESS!!
