I'm using copilot for my 2nd camping season and probably won't renew it. Most of the time it gets me where I'm going but there are problems and it is missing one key feature - integration with Android Auto. Without that I cannot display the maps on my F150's built-in display and am constantly forced to take my eyes off the road to see the upcoming turns. You also need to be *very* careful when you enter your destinations that its really taking you where you think it is. For example I used it to go to Hills Creek State Park in Wellsboro PA. As I approached the destination it started taking me down roads nobody pulling a 30ft trailer should go and it told me I had arrived at the park when I was actually in the middle of a dirt road with private farms and meadows on either side. I had to whip out Google Maps to get me to the proper place. What good is that? When coming home on a previous trip from Forbes State Forest near Somerset PA, trying to get me onto the PA Turnpike, it routed me trough the *tiny* twisty roads of a local cemetary! Seriously? Having to navigate a 30 ft trailer between headstones?! Another place no RV should attempt to navigate. On the plus side it did get me from PA to Munising MI and Fort Desoto FL safely last year but any navigation app can do that since it was 99% interstate highway driving. On my last trip to Worlds End State Park PA it put me on a route with a turn so tight I had to go off the road to avoid jackknifing. A safer route was easily available if it had brought me into the park from the opposite direction and would have cost me only 1 or 2 minutes of extra drive time. After being taken into dangerous or difficult situations four times, and with the locations not being accurate, I can't recommend this program. I'm either just gonna stick with google maps that DOES integrate with Android Auto, DOES display maps on the built-in display, and I'll just depend on road signs to route me around low bridges. and avoid sharp turns. Or I'll try another RV navigation app like Smart RV Route II.

App locks up downloading maps... Can't get past that... Got that part fixed. Reinstalled twice. Now. Entering destination is too convoluted. In Google, waze and others I just say where I want to go and I get a map... With copilot and sygic I have to enter it manually in a certain order and it takes time and effort.... Take a hint from the others and get voice input....entering a destination is a pain in the ass.... I'm done with it...

Can't display points along route more than a few miles unless you search by name. If you know the names of truckstop and other locations along your route, why would you need to search. We need to be able to see all possible stops along our route in unfamiliar areas. The traffic info is pretty useless. A bar showing traffic on your current route, but the map doesn't display traffic on alternate roads for a visual comparison. I don't know if it would reroute you along a quicker path. Unhelpful

Just keeps on getting worse. There are motorways virtually all the way from West Midlands to Kent. But the app suggests three alternative routes, each with a significant non-motorway element (even through central London!) resulting in significantly increased journey times. Meanwhile, none of the changes made are useful, nor asked for, whilst requested features are ignored. Shame, used to be the best. Edit it was already better, before you fixed it.

This was a flawless app, but now I cannot customize what type roads to prefer by vehicle type. I prefer different roads depending on whether I am riding a motorcycle, driving a car, doing a scenic drive, in a hurry, etc. I may want to highly avoid freeways in one situation, but highly prefer in another for example. Please reinstate this feature and you are 5 plus stars.

I have 3 Lifetime Voice-Guided 3D Navigation (NA) that I paid for at different times since 2015, so obviously I liked this app enough to buy again and again. However now that thr RV feature isn't accessible at least one of these isn't useful to me anymore. You see I have an Auto, Motorcycle and RV. I see that the Truck app, which has also been discontinued, can be installed (at no cost) from this new version, but no mention of the RV features which have disappeared. C'mon guys does that seem fair. I do not want to leave a low rating for an app I have liked so well in the past. I just noticed there are quite a few other reviewer with similar issues. I would think you have a remedy?

It's pretty up-to-date when it comes to clearances but if you put in an address more than likely it's going to be a little off. Also it makes you take some funky turns sometimes. Update 1/14/2020: I moved it to 4 stars because I've seen proof that the active traffic works. There was a major accident on I-495 north to I-95 in Massachusetts and this was the only truck routing app that calculated for it. SmartTruckRoute, Sygic, Trucker Path all did NOT recognize the closure.

Would like to use it for an RV. Used to be able to, but RV settings are gone. Searching on internet shows it possible, but nothing showing HOW to enable RV settings. The web site even shows RV settings, but no explanation on where they are and how to enable them. This "improvement" is not really better, just so Trimble MAPS knows. No contact from Trimble, even though I left a ticket. This used to be a great app, but the removal of RV settings along with road and speed preferences make it just another app. What funny is when you search for RV GPS app, this still shows up, even though you cannot actually use it for that. If Trimble ever contacts me and explains how to use the RV feature that seems to have been removed, I will revisit the rating. For now, it is just a one star rating and is no better than any number of GPS apps.

We tow a 42' 5th wheel that is 13' 6" high. So far, we have successfully avoided low bridges. However, Co pilot continually maps directions through towns as opposed to highways or more open roadways. Making turns from one city street to the next while towing a fifth-wheel is not fun. I have not yet found an option that allows me to prefer highways. Could just be that I'm too new at this app.
