Several of the ingredients that I prefer in my burrito are no longer options to order in the app, but they were when I first downloaded this app. Namely diced tomatoes and mushrooms. I still use the app for rewards, but I would prefer if the app included all possible ingredients so I could place my order the way I like it. There's also a well hidden service fee

Can't use the app at all. The bowls have no price so after you build your order it just errors out effectively keeping you from ordering. plsssss fix

This wasn't horrible but now it is. Trying to automatically putting a tip on a fast food order?? My old expired card and my current card are still listed but I can't see which one is which, they're the same number, just a different expiration date, all I see is both of them with just the last four numbers. And I can't change my email address on it either. It goes to an email address that I can't access anymore

After years, they finally made a semi-functional user interface, only to be faced with other issues 1. Random ingredients aren't available from time to time. 2. Rewards function is a coin-toss on whether or not you will be able to redeem them 3. The latest scumbag move is adding a drink on by default when it's not included. I love Moe's the restaurant but this app is straight up trash. Oh, and the only selections for Moe Monday were bowls which I didn't notice until after I picked up my food.

Super high turnover at this location the employees are incredibly slow ringing up orders Chips are often stale and employees seem confused by many of the simple workings of the resteraunt. Many items were out

This app is bad. I've consistently tried to order certain options only available when entering the restaurant, yet they're not available as options online. Not only that, but when you make something a meal, they completely ignore the fact that they have TEA and that option hasn't been available since the App's release!!! And now they removed special messages so you can't even correct the App anymore?? I'm uninstalling this worthless PoS.

On several occasions, the location nearest to me has served either poorly made, cold, or simply uncooked food - in addition to one instance where the cook wasn't wearing a mask during COVID times. I messaged Moe's Customer Service, they have yet to respond (it's been about a month). Now, for the app itself. It has slowly but surely gotten worse. I used to be able to scan my own receipts if I forgot to or simply didn't want to scan my phone at the register - this is now not a possibility.

This app is terrible, I installed it to order lunch for my family. The phone completely spazzed out when I tried to enter payment information, and I had to restart my phone just to get it to return to normal. You also can't do anything away from the main screen in the app without them completely wiping your order clean if you haven't placed it already. I was not able to place my lunch order, so Moes will not get our business. Worst app design ever, they might want to work on that.

I have never ever, since the dawn of time, been able to redeem Moe Monday discounts, where did the menu selection for it go? I add everything needed to the cart and it tells me that I can't redeem because there aren't eligible items in the cart. Also, location sometimes switches so be wary before placing a final order. I ended up placing an order across town on accident because of this. Infinitely frustrating, I just order in person now and scan the code, although it's terribly inconvenient.
