Not bad when it works. I have had many issues. They do not have a good YouTube tipa channel which would help quite a bit. Their support responds but they are very slow.

Worst app ever. Anytime you lose wifi for a extended period of time intelliconnect loses connection and then you have to power off the whole pump system just to get intelliconnect to reconnect to wifi

Will not stay connected for more than a day or two and my LED light will not change colors. I have had issues since I had Pentair installed. Poor app and design for such a big company and to have a pool system without manual controls.

I thought Link2O was bad…well, this is even worse. Non-responsive, hub disconnects randomly, always offline, cannot change pool lights color, crashes, etc. I wonder how Pentair can release an app this bad to their customers. Do they even test the app? Do they even care? I really havent seen an app so bad like this one.

I upgraded from LinkedIn to the Pentair Home App. It is very much easier to use. Clear tiles represent each device that is being run under the main Intelliconnect control center. I had a bug occur where my color light would only give me a white option. I deleted the color light device from under the Intelliconnect. When I tried to use the Add a Device option, it did not have a color light as a device. You must select the Intelliconnect itself and select ADD under Relays at bottom.

First time pool owner. Spent a lot of money building our pool in 2020. Not being able to control my pool for nearly 2 years has absolutely ruined our pool experience. Won't stay connected, we have no control over our lights - my kids were swimming in the dark. Now I got the white light to work, except it's not white - casting a rainbow color. When I select the party lights, or solid color (rend, green, blue, etc) - none of them will turn on. App is NOT user friendly and incredibly frustrating!!

This app with ChemCheck is awesome. I can easily check to make sure my spa water is good before I want to use it. And it sends me notifications when my chlorine levels have dropped too low.

Worst app ever. Full of bugs. App turns pump without following the preset hours. The Link02 was way better. I will be going back to it soon. I can't have my pump running up my electric bill.
