I keep the email that the School sent with Link and use it that way. As the App doesn't recognise any of my Passwords and had to change them, still will not let me in. So I go with the School Link.

Very impressed so far, well laid out and full of useful school related info and achievements for my children. Easy to find anything your kids forgot or elected not to tell you. Brings a lot of things all under one roof, the only thing I haven't found so far is integration with homework that has been set with Satchel One.

Sending an email / message to teachers is that infuriating I've made the effort to come here and moan despite being late for work. Actually try sending a message, developers, absolute nightmare. Oh and Heaven forbid you leave the screen for a second - lose everything and have to sign in again!!

Horrible layout and creepy amount of data collection, on top of all of that if anyone logs into your account they can see where you live.

This app is the preferred way the school communicates with parents. It doesn't log you in 9 out if 10 times. It is not helpful as an app.
