This is a terrible platform. The fingerprint login does not work and it'll kick you out multiple times. Once your on the website all the info is jumbled on top of eachother so no matter what you click on it'll freeze and go somewhere you don't want to go. I'll keep doing it this way so I don't ever have to call that automated service

This app gives me so much anger. It rarely works, it doesn't save my login that I click to save every time I try to log in. It loads and loads and loads. Then I have to figure out what my login is every month I go to pay my bill, but then once I do get logged in, I get error messages, or the page won't load to anything except for the links at the bottom for privacy policy, legal, California consumer rights center, and do not sell my personal information. Not very user friendly!

The app sucks, it hardly ever works. There's always all kinds of hidden fees on my bill, my bill keeps getting higher and higher with each one and I do nothing different from month to month. I'm mostly connected to wifi and I have unlimited data, so there's nothing that I should be getting charged extra for. Definitely going to switch phone carriers...

I have had nothing but issues! It's sad because I liked it when first downloaded and not sure why you have an app that doesn't work? Fix your issues or discontinue your app service! It's literally garbage 75% of the time. Always freezes or looses my personal info and I can't login ever. I've reinstalled the app more than several times and especially when I try to make a payment..... Seriously I end up messing around with the app for days just to try and pay my bill and then I'm late! Done!

Never works properly, doesn't accept password and when you click on the forgot password link it brings you back to the login page. Pretty much everything you try to do brings you back to your login page. You'd think a tech company would have a working app but I've had issues for a year now. They fix it then it goes back to glitching again. Absolutely ridiculous!

This App is 100% terrible for a cellular store especially as big as US Cellular is and as much money they get, one would think the app would run better. It's SLOW SLOW SLOW. Half the time the finger print will not work only. Also info you want to see you can't find it, actual pay off amount of devices. I hate this app always have problems with it, I try to avoid using as much as possible. About ready to switch providers.

Crappy app do not download! This app was working fine for the last 2 or 3 years that I've had it on my phone. Since the update a few months ago it has been crapy! I can't even log on and do anything anymore and I'm told that I have to set here in uninstall and reinstall every time that this issue occurs. Please fix this is frustrating. Update: This app still sucks! Still have to uninstall and reinstall everytime! I just want to pay online and not go in anywhere.

The app has most options you expect from an app, including account history, device upgrades, add a line and bill payment options but it's crazy slow loading screens can be irritating and make shopping for accessories or device upgrades all but impossible. Drops from the app (where you go back to landing screen and have to log in again) are frequent. It also seems like the site or app is down for maintenance often.
