I have had a hard time downloading somethings on my phone scene I have gotten this app on here like trying to setup my voice mail and other apps and to be honest I'm thinking of removing this app at least until I have my phone setup the way I need it it seems it doesn't know the difference between something you trying to do and something being forced on

Big hassle to try and contact to cancel. Was on the phone for over a hour waiting for someone to answer to no avail. All I'm requesting is a cancellation confirmation. Sent email today, wonder if I will get a reply. If I could give a zero review I would.

About to cancel as mobi has never been so bloody slow. It was v nice not to have so many fake news stories & adverts constantly pinging on my notifications. But everything slowed down while the app was installed, so I removed it & cancelled the subscription & it's now back to normal. It's entirely possible that I threw the baby out with the bath water as I was totally naffed off with how slow & unresponsive my mobi became. At £12.98 a week, it cost too much anyway, but thanks 4 fast refund.

I really enjoyed this app. There are a few things I really disliked about this. First of all, out of nowhere it started acting up and saying I needed to verify my email. I did exactly that, and then it started to say that my email was invalid when I know very well it wasn't. I kept getting spam.This app NEEDS to fix this problem because this is unacceptable. Thank you for your time.

I fell victim to a virus and after some panicked research I landed with this app. Huge mistake. It didn't help at all, I still had the virus. I was charged weekly even after trying to cancel and uninstalling the app. I feel like I've been bamboozled with nothing to show for it. Currently waiting for a refund with my second attempt at canceling with refund. Wish me luck!

Picked up a virus on my android which kept sending threatening messages about my phone being in danger! Downloaded AdTranquillity to address it. To be honest, l have no idea how to use it, and I'm being charged $9.99 like every week! I've spent nearly $100 in about a month and a half! Soon it'll just be cheaper to buy a new phone! How can l cancel this app and get a refund? I don't see a phone number on my credit card bill to contact you. Help!

This is a horrible app. I highly recommend that you do not install or try a free trial because it doesn't matter if you cancel or not. They are going to continue to charge you every month. Relentlessly! As a matter of fact, Google took it upon themselves to change my payment method and took another payment method since they couldn't get any money out of the original payment method and charged it with insufficient funds. So then the top up went to my bank and I'm charged an additional $35 fee
