all i keep getting is fake accounts that want to send me a check to hold the room sight unseen. theres no search for me to look for potential roommates looking for a room. overall its been a waste of my time. The name fits it perfect just bad awful

Could be better although for the past 2 properties that I have made enquiries about I get the same farkakda very bad english response about contacting some guys wife (the flat is available. for rent my wife take care, must speak with she. write it on Whatsapp: +44....). How fake are these ads? EDIT: Make that now 4 ads of contacting some guys wife. Not only that there should be some sort of double checking function as one ad I replied to said £450 p/m only to be told it should be £460p/w - bit of a difference!

For your own good please ignore the high ratings, every single person I've talked with on this app are scammers, 100% not 99%, to make it worse they have "verified and trusted badges" I reported most of them, their ads was removed but few days later, they are back on the app, now I feel the moderators are in league with these scammers, even though I provided proof inbox messages, whatsapp screenshot messages, emails, the scammers account are still active.

Pretty bad customer service experience, there's only one person actually helps you, rest takes the case and instead of asking questions assume the issue and close the case. AND PLEASE ADD A FEATURE FOR RENTERS TO RATE RENTING PEOPLE SO THEY CAN'T DAMAGE OTHER PEOPLE'S HOUSE, STOLE THEIR BELONGONGS ETC. There was a time it was working fine but it's way in past unfortunately.

I am very dissapointed. this app mostly have room or flat agency in London, not flatmate or landlord. Furthermore, most adverts posted show fake photos. I have tried to contact 6 people in here. 5 of them where room/flat agency, all photos fake. When I asked how much it would cost the room showed in the advert, it was double of the price listed in the advert. Badi team, you should not allow agencies or be honest about it: this is not an app to meet flatmate! Even Spareroom is better...

I listed a room and got a flatmate 8 days later, I took my time. I do recommend... The only fault is copying and pasting text from chat to chat is painfully like if the touch area was buggy...
