Pathetic service...all they want is your money and then they will ask for all the details one by one. Even after sharing the details they will still send you mail saying that they have not received details. And when you get frustrated and ask for refund, no one is going to revert you back for the same. P.S: they will never mention what are the details they would require until you place the order and complete the payment and then they will start sending you mail one by one asking for details.

Non existent customer service. Took over a week to get confirmation of an order cancellation after raising a request (and this is even before delivery!!). Security deposit yet to be refunded. No way to contact the company - judging from the multiple reviews, not giving back security deposit seems to be a mode of revenue for the company. Extremely unethical and disappointing.

I have been their customer since last 1 year. Rented a refrigerator first and now grabbed two more items. I must say that their customer service is simply superb.They always come up with some solution that never disappoint. I cant remember using any other e commerce service without having a heated argument with the support team. But City furnish really surprised me.
