Non existent customer support. Recognizes devices by Browser and not PC/Laptop. Max devices can't be reset or changed within a month and only max 1 can be deleted each month. One of the worst apps to have licenses unfortunately.

Very bad and unintuitive UI. Very hard to find any content. Can be massively improved by revamping the live TV section to become a grid showing all channels, including the sports channels, in a TV guide format. Will be much easier to find live content and catch up content. Must do better, especially since it's the legal distributor of BEIN content.

Very bad customer service, my account is not active, no connection, nothing working in the app and there is no response from the customer service team, keep deducting the monthly fee without service, it is scam , so frustrating by this way of service

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I purchased 1 year subscription but cannot access the service. Nobody responded to several complaints emails sent to the support. This is a scam!!!!

Idk why it's not allowed to see sports channels!! Only if there's a live event but now i couldn't play any sport channel like before!! What if i want to watch the studio before the beginning of a match!! What happened to you guys!! And btw nobody answered my emails or even social media messages!!! That's not acceptable at all
