App is below standard considering it's the only way to interact with, what is a great airline. Trips not appearing, account creation issues, boarding passes not appearing and support just saying "try closing the app". Lots of work to do to make the experience comparable to the flights.

Sometimes works but most of the time there is glitches and or errors. I have flown with Bonza 6 times now and can never use the app in flight it just crashes everytime I open it.

The app is unusable. Won't let you make selections. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same. Can't open an account nor continue as a guest.

Never have I experienced such a bad airline in trying to make a booking, cannot talk to anyone, web site is not helpful, app does not work when trying to book a wheelchair and when my daughter was able to contact someone five days before the flight wheelchair bookings were filled. I am disabled and find it difficult to walk so now I have to find another way to board the flight. The price is very good, leaving from Toowoomba suits me fine. Dont fly Bonza if you want good service

The app keeps telling me that I am using an old version. It was working fine last week. I keep checking for advice on when flights start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it's still saying the same thing. I go to the website and it tells me to download the app. I am hoping to change my rating in the near future but at the moment, it is a little useless.

I can choose a departure location (which is very limited and none in my state), but when I tap on a destination nothing happens. When I open FAQ, it's blank. When I use my phone's back button it doesn't navigate back to the previous screen. I can't find any prices anywhere in the app. Don't bother installing it, it's a waste of time.

One extra start for adding Google Wallet support; Please add the share boarding pass function. When travelling with friends or family, it easier if we can share with them so they can add the pass to their own phone. Still far far away from a good app.
