Update to reply It is clear what i said no need to go to another location and repeat myself! Dont like the way you have to put a specific $ amount on the account to purchase items now. Before the update you used to be able to do single purchases of that items amount & that was way faster / convenient. And your prices on certain items are way to high. Also the camera function doesnt consistently work which I had to force close then reopen to get that proerly functioning

Pro: The app is okay for its uses. It's just another way to pay for items I buy at my work cafeteria rather carrying cash. Con: It would be great is to add a item scanner option. Sometimes the automated cashier machine tends to stop working since I work nightshift there's no support to fix it and have to wait in the morning to get fix.

Very fishy. I've been holding out for that $9 reward for using the app and you go ahead and redeem a $3 credit for me??? Now I'm back under $1. That's unacceptable. I refuse to use this app or buy from your things at work. I'd rather starve than support you any further. Once I use my money up, I'm done. Update: I went against my word and was hoping user error but they did it a second time around midnight. 2nd update: called the # and they gave me the run around. Don't do business with them.

Not a very intuitive app. My company used to use PayRange with vending machines which was simple and easy from the get go. This app does not explain itself nor did we have much in the way of instructions on the switch to a market. In very little tiny writing at the top of the QR code on this app it tells you to "scan this at checkout". Your help section could use some more detailed step by step instructions besides that. Who knew I had to scan my item at the kiosk and then scan my phone also.

Listen to the reviews and DO NOT INSTALL this app. I thought I could not add funds and scan through the app and pay with a card at the machine and instead of being charged $1.69 it charged me $10.00 because it auto-fills your account. Whats the point of swiping my card when it says $1.69 if you're auto charged $10? On the plus side, there's lots of companies getting hit with class action lawsuits for exactly this so one day you'll get about $5 back once its split between all the plantiffs.

My factory uses Canteen services in the breakrooms and nobody has ever really been happy about it. The machines will take cards and cash but won't give change. I don't always have my debit card on me so I got this app to use in place of cash. It's not much of an improvement. Instead of giving you the option to fund your account or charge your card directly for purchases it only gives the option to fund your account between $10-50 with no option to refund the remaining account balance.

Works ok. Rewards are ok, but there is no notification when they are going to run out. They just delete and start over with no warning. Would be really great if there was a way to add recommendations to our vendors. Offers in the app are often irrelevant to what is stocked in our location.

It's not even kind of good. Always logs you off. You try to log in and says password or email is incorrect. Try to reset. Never sends email to reset, even though it says it recognizes your email. Prices are not correct with what's displayed in machine. Harldy ever picks up device to scan and pay. There is no more kiosk to swipe card.
