Not good at all paid subscriptions just for my videos to black screen with audio after I had done everything that gopro requires you to do so by lowering from 5k to 4k, restarting app,restarting phone, clearing storage space. so hopefully something is done about the app! because I bet it will be real good to use once it's sorted.

The camera is fine. But, downloading the videos so they can actually be used them is ridiculous. First, It is necessary to download the videos from the camera to the app in the phone. Then, it's necessary to transfer the videos from the app in the phone into the video files in the phone. then, it's necessary to download from the phone into the computer. Inconceivable!

The app is never able to find media from my GoPro - always just says "no new media found" Utterly useless and seems to be getting worse and worse with every update. Can only assume they're trying to make the free version so unusable that you have to pay for the subscription service.

Awful app. You have to download all your footage to the app but your really downloading it to your phone then you have to transfer it over to your phone. So it downloads again. So if you have a full memory card of footage. You phone memory better be 512gb or better because new footage will not download. However designed this shambles should be embarrassed. Why cant you just connect to the go pro then select which videos you want . It's shocking really in 2024

Awful app experience. It never worked great, but now i can not even make a 2min video. I can not use all the things i captured with my camera. I tried re-installing the app, i tried it on different devices. It just doesn't work. Too bad, the cameras are great, but the app experience makes the cameras useless.

Stuck at "Connecting to wifi" forever. Also, why are the pictures and vids from the app inside of a hidden folder? To see them in my phone gallery, I have to click on the picture/video and select "save to device". Then I see the picture but it is actually duplicated on the device. This takes up too much memory?!

Lately the app seems to go very slow, it takes forever to auto load, for me to edit and or out togenther a short video, nothing has chanbged on my end, as I was able to do the simple stuff rather quickly in the past. Seems to get worst every time. I love the harfware, the app not so much. I have taken my videos to inshot for editing as I seen greater limitations on this app.

It's good, but 360 video doesn't work. It doesn't display anything. Edit: You actually need a moderately powerful phone or tablet to run the 360 editor. I'm running a Snapdragon 888, but, from my research, an 855 and higher will run it smoothly. My tablet's Snapdragon 662 also runs it, bus not perfectly.

I am not happy with this app. It does not allow you to make a video as you want it instead of the app butching it for you. It will not allow me to make a video any longer than the app recommends, you have to wait a very long time between edit clicks. Then uploading the videos, that take a very long time, only to have it quit during uploads. I even have much trouble with my laptop version. I regret ever buying a Go Pro all together. It has proven to a waste of time, money and effort.
