What a useless app! Everytime I open it, it asks me to submit my ID even though I've already submitted numerous times and I've already activated my card.

The app says to update but when you press it the play store page opens with no update option. Poor performance.

Worst app ever for the fps or bank transfer they said you need to upgrade your account and the method for account upgrade took me hours to do it and then suddenly app crashes and it happens more then five time. Then i call customer service to get some help for the upgrade but they said you have to go to csl or 1010 shop and they will help you to upgrade your account i did go to 1010 shop they said u go to csl then i go to the csl and they said you have to do it on your phone

So far not good experience. When I try to connect the card to Gpay the verification text message comes too late 10 mins+ by then I can no longer activate Gpay.

The UnionPay Card version is easily used in Mainland China, but the app is really worse for its frequent updatesssss... It's super annoying.

This app is a no better than the tool box, I applied comsumeson voucher through this app and thoroughly regret it, can't use this app to pay any thing any where, so my money just sits there, people please avoid using this app, u can almost call this app a scam,

The worst app I have ever used. Before the update, I could not close the app normally, which already implies how the company does not care about quality software development. As to the consumption voucher, I'm surprised that the government includes a vendor that literally makes the worst payment experience. First day of the release of consumption voucher, and so many transactions made by Tap & Go are denied by its server, which again shows how reckless and careless the company is.
