Web not working properly, mobile app as well. Mobile : inifinite looping upon login , Buttons are not working. Movies are not playing as well. Web: Movie not loading. Obviously same issues with other user. Solutions from their Dev/Technical/Assistance are not applicable, just a temporary solution but it doesn't resolve any issues.

No issues so far for me. Only problem is that movies are not removed on "Continue Watching" list after finishing it. It's a hassle to find an unfinished movie after sometime since the list gets too long. 4 stars only for now.

It doesn't let me play a God damn movie. It just loads infinitely waiting for at least 30 mins but it just loads. I tried to logout my account and I logged back in but after providing my credentials, the infinite loading happened again and it won't let proceed inside the app. I clear the app's data and cache also tried to reinstall the app but its always stuck loading. My internet's ping goes 1-2 while my download speed is at 90-98mbps while my upload speed is 89-95mbps so why?

Ads that keeps on looping and won't end. You cannot continue to view the moview because of the ads that never ends. Even if you exit, then return to the movie, the ads is still there.. Whahaha .so annoying. Tried in 4 devicea same problem.

Can't cancel my subscription. No one is answering in my email or message in Facebook. There are no options for me to cancel it either using play store, the app itself or in browser. Nothing. Maybe you guys can help me with this. It should be user friendly but it's not.

CAST TO TV IS NOT A GOOD IDEA AS A MARKETING STRATEGY. Most of us like to multitask while watching on the TV Screen. When I am casting it limits what I can do with my phone. I will only be a loyal subscriber when this app is available on MiBox/AndroidTV. Also, similar to iflix and HOOQ where we have subscribed and still need to pay extra for some titles..again, super old way of doing things. Give us an option to be a Super Subscriber where all titles would be available, we can pay extra.

Still have a lot of room for improvement - can't cast on TV either thru Chromecast or from Google Play on Smart TV, no option for playback resolution settings. But overall has good potential for the PH market and Pinoys abroad (trust me, TV casting is very important).

Worst app!!! Totally waste of money!!! I'm excited to watch a movies and subscribe a 149 plan. I started to watch a movie but it doesn't play! Even our wifi is at good internet connection!!! Most of the movies doesn't work!!! Very poor service!!!! This app is a big trash!!! Totally disappointed!!!

New subscriber here but this app got me furious seriously that black screen really annoyed me.I have really good internet connection though but when i open it again it always stop to play then as always black screen will make it worse..I never experienced any other apps like this that always crashing not really worth it based on my experience. Hope you could fix it
